                                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                            APRIL 2, 2012

1:00 P.M.         Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden, and

                        Mark J. Mazur.

        1.             The Board granted a fiscal year 2012 clause 22 exemption to the owner of       

                        parcel 121-20.

        2.             The Board discussed our fiscal year 2012 tax rate and its relationship to

                        our median assessment to sales ratio.

        3.             The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2012 applications for

                        abatement for the owners of the following parcels:

                                                            Parcel 57-22 Denied

        4.             The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday,

                        April 12, 2012. The meeting was scheduled at this time to accommodate

                        an abatement applicant who wants to meet with the Board.
